I fell into a minor miracle. I had a temporary crown break loose. My regular dentist was over 500 miles away. I called Pleasant Smiles and despite being too far away to get to the office before they closed, Dr. Obenchain waited for me, repaired the crown, and treated me as a very special long term patient.I would recommend giving her a call if you need any type of dental issue addressed.
Best dentist I have been to. When one dentist said I needed a crown and then couldn't schedule an appointment for weeks, I went to her and she said I didn't need a crown. She fixed me up in minutes with just a filling saving me about $1000 bucks. She is honest unlike other dentists in the area.
What a great place to go to the dentist. Yeah going to the dentist was enjoyable. Well not the drilling, sound and of the drill and the smell but the care that Dr Obenchain and her staff gave me. Top notch.

Dr. Julie is a great dentist. She is compassionate and caring and will go over and beyond for her patients... I live in Pawley’s Island and travel about 80 miles to Dr. Julie, wouldn’t want to go to any other dentist. That says it all!!

Dr. Obenchain took over the practice of Dr. Jared Slovan & I am ever so glad that she did. She is an excellent dentist, who has a gentle touch & a warm presence that makes going through something we all hate a lot easier.
